All books of account, receipts, counterfoils and vouchers shall at all reasonable times be available for inspection by the rector or officer authorized by him in that behalf; and shall not be destroyed except with the permission of the Director in writing.
An cided secondary scho 1 shall not make any charge or provision in its accounts for depreciation. Expenditure in respect of a capital asset shall be
dobited to the relevant capital asset account and shall not be debited to an income and expensiture account.
57. (a) The supervisor of an aided secondary school shall keep bank accounts in the name of the
school, one of which accounts shall be kept solely in respect of moneys received from Government.

moro registered managers, by one other

Tuition or subscription fees or other sums received by a school from Government or other sources shall not, in any circumstances, be paid into a bank account kept in the name of the supervisor or other person or persons, whether or not such person or persons are members of the management committee or teaching staff, but shall be paid into the bank account maintained
in the name of the school.
