1. Mr Clement Freud MP has written to Lord Goronwy-Roberts

enclosing a letter from a constituent suggesting a solution to

the problem of the 2,500 refugees aboard the ss HAI HONG off the

Malaysian coast. Mr Freud himself asks whether there is anything

we can do to lessen the misery of the refugees.
