Appendix IV

The employer shall give a notice of at least thirteen traditional holidays annually, inclusive of the National Labour, Day.

If a traditional holiday falls on a weekly holiday, the traditional holiday shall be taken on the following day.

The National Labour Day shall be fixed by the Minister of the Interior by publishing in the Government Gazette.
