(1) The air traffic control system
Data illustrating the size of the system and its operations, and its operationaļ, structural, administrative and financial organisation and functioning, etc.
(ii) Conditions of employment and service of controllers
Numbers employed by ATC unit and control position; basic status of the controller; regulations defining his rights and obligations, including legal liability; personnel, manpower planning and career policies; training and retraining policies; remuneration systems; hours of work; time off and holidays; pensions; etc...
(111) The controller's jobs and his working environment
Information on the controller's jobs and functions; evaluation of the workload involved and measures to alleviate it, such as rationalised sectorisation and ergonomically designed equipment and control rooms; eating, sleeping, resting and recreation facilities at the work place.
(iv) Occupational health problems
Information on the medical examination system; studies of occupational health hazards and diseases resulting from both the controller's job and his working environment, including physiological, clinical, psychosomatic and socio-psychological effects; information on follow-up action in practice.
(v) Labour-management relations
Information on the controller's role in professional and administrative decision-making; freedom of association and trade union rights; collective bargaining and conciliation machinery; frequency, causes, escalation and outcome of industrial disputes and their impact on airspace users.
