He could assist in studying alternative plans proposed
by the Society,
or invite independent body in U.K. to assess the historic
value of KCR
or to send independent query to the Antiquity Board regarding
their criteria of declaring thax anything a monument,
with specific reference to the KCR station.
to note in his recommendation that Chinese bought the old pillars
of the former Post Office Building and preserving it through
donations to the Kaydoorie Farm.
to make independent enquiry into the inaccuracies of governement

to request HK Government to release the detail plan for the
TST site for public comment.
to encourage HKG to sponser (through the Urban Council) for
new architectural drawings incorporating the new Cultural
Complex into the old KCR station.

pt revised plan.
