Addition of regulation 62A.

23.

The principal regulations are amended by adding,

after regulation 62, the following regulation

Schedule of amendments.

"Offences and

penalties.

62A. Any person who without reasonable

excuse contravenes regulation 4A(1), 6, 18,

19, 20, 21, 33, 34, 35, 36, 37, 38, 39, 40,

41, 42, 43, 44, 45, 46, 47, 48, 50, 51, 52

or 53 commits an offence and is liable to

a fine of $1,000.".

24.

The regulations of the principal regulations

specified in the first column of the Schedule are amended

to the extent and in the manner set out in the second

column of that Schedule.
