Amend the Mass Transit Railway (Land Resumption and

Related Provisions) Ordinance.

Enacted by the Governor of Hong Kong, with the

advice and consent of the Legislative Council thereof.

Short title.

1. This Ordinance may be cited as the Mass

Transit Railway (Land Resumption and Related Provisions)

(Amendment) Ordinance 1978.

Amendment of section 2.* (Cap. 276.)

2.

Section 2 of the principal Ordinance is

amended in the definition of "stages 1 to 4 of the

railway" by

(a) inserting after "stages 1 to 4" the

following

"and stage 6"; and

(b) deleting "Lai Chi Kok Bay" and substituting

the following

"Tso Kung Tam, Tsuen Wan".
