Windcheaters and waisted jackets
Member States should immediately inform by telex the exact Nimexe Codes applied in 1976, 1977 and 1978 to woven waisted jackets (blousons) not water-proofed. There is no complete alignment between the French and English words "blousons" and "windcheaters".
Hong Kong
Consultations were to be held with Hong Kong on 24.7.78 to solve classification
problems.
Exit from the Basket
Due to lack of time this question could not be treated. It was expected to be discussed in the 113 Committee meeting of the following day, since it was one
of the items on their agenda.
As to the UK questions about Malta and the monitoring of Mediterranean countries, it was also decided to treat these matters in the 113 Committee,
for the same reason.
THE NEXT MEETING WAS FIXED FOR 25.7.1978
