1. Adjustments of shares between Member States for the Philippines
It was agreed to discuss the matter further in the 113 Committee on the following day and if possible to receive the definitive answers from the Member States.. concerning the suggestions made by the Commission Services.
Classification
I. The Commission representative communicated some general conclusions of the Nomenclature meetings held on 13 and 14 July 1978.
T-shirts with collar
These had all characteristics of a normal T-shirt plus a collar. With some reservations from 2 delegations, these garments are to be classified as "under garments", position 60.04 and in Category 4 covered by the expression "and the like".
Suite and coordinate suits
All the delegations agreed on the proposals of the document UD 635/78 distributed during a previous meeting of the Management Committee, in .
particular its point b.
Knitted gloves
In reply to the French Delegation, the Commission representative said that the gloves problem had not yet been definitely settled in the Nomenclature Committee for there was some doubt. However, general cases were covered and the extreme cases, of which samples had been shown, had been examined,
but no final decision had been taken.
