Subject to the agreement of MOD and to the successful completion of Foreshores and Seabed Crdinance procedure, a pier may be constructed fronting the lot outside the area delineated and coloured pink hatched black at Annex B. The exact position of the pier will be subject to the approval of the Director of Public Works.

(vii) The purchaser to make his own

arrangements for sewage disposal

and water supplies to the satisfaction. of the Director of Public Works. (viii) The purchaser to fence the lot to

the satisfaction of the Director of Public Works (who will consult the military authorities on the require- ments), and to fence the plant within the lot to the satisfaction of the Commissioner of Mines.

The purchaser to provide fire fighting equipment to the satisfaction of the Director of Fire Services.

The quantities of explosives permitted in the factory at any given time not to exceed the limits laid down in Appendix B of the "Safety Distances for Buildings or Stacks-containing Government Explosives" prescribed by the Explosive Storage and Transport Committee of the United Kingdom, or any other table of safety distances which may be adopted by the said Committee; all explosives other than those specified above to be stored in the Government magazines. The purchaser to provide and maintain at all times in operation a vehicle approved by the Commissioner of Mines for the transfer of explosives from the lot to the Government explo- sives storage magazines.
