In the approximate position indicated in pink on the plan at Annes B. The site area would be around 20,000 square feet. Frecise boundaries to be determined in consultation with MOD.

For the manufacture of cariridged water-gel explosives and storage of materials required for its manufacture.

$1,000 per annum,

: To develop the lot with a manufacturing plant for cartridged water-gel explo- sives within 15 months from the date of possession to the satisfaction of the Director of Public Works and the Commissioner of Mines.

To bring the plant into operation within 90 days of an occupation permit being issued by the Building Authority.

(ii)

The development to comply with the requirements of the Commissioner of Mines, the Director of Fire Services and the Director of Land Services Ammunition.

The purchaser will be given a right of way on a line to be defined by the Services for the passage of work force and vehicles carrying raw materials. The purchaser will construct a road to the site on a line to be given by the Director of Public Works,
