Progress made and present position

Property market continues very active :

i)

An industrial/godown lot at Shatin was sold by public auction in June, 78 at $5,288 p.s.m.

ii) 3 lots at Cheung Chau for private residential use were sold by

public auction in June, 78 at prices ranging from $1,070 p.s.m. to 1,323 p.s.m.

An industrial/godown lot at Tuen Mun was sold by public auction in July, 78 at $ 5,625 p.s.m.

The supermarket site in Barbecue Gardens Minor Residential Layout, Tuen Mun was sold by auction at a price of 1,000 p.s.m.

v) 9 tenders have been received for the Private Sector Participation

Scheme in Tuen Mun Area 37B.
