White Paper on Transport Policy

To make plans for all transport facilities over the years to 1991 and to prepare a White Paper on Transport Policy.
The Druft White Paper was submitted to Executive Council on 29th August 1978 which accepted the general principles subject to a few amend- ments.
(a) Re-submit the
Draft White Paper amended as directed by ExCo.
(b) Subject to ExCo's
views, table in
LegCo and publish.
