Pollution, Noise Abatement and Solid Waste Disposal Ordinances were set out by the consutants, Environmental Resources Ltd. (EL in July 1977 and amended following discussions with the Environmental Frotection Advisory Committee ECOM) and Government departments Consultation with industry over this proposed legislation has been completed for the Water Pollution Control Cydinance, which is now with the Law Drafts- man. upon the Law Draftsman's first draft rather than the EL draft.
