GOVERNOR
In exercise of the powers conferred by Clause III of
the Hong Kong Royal Instructions 1917 – 1977, I appoint
PATRICK TERENCE McGOVERN
Officer of the Most Excellent Order of the British Empire,
Society of Jesus, Justice of the Peace, provisionally and
subject to Her Majesty's pleasure, to be temporarily an
Unofficial Member of the Executive Council of Hong Kong
from 1st October 1978 during the absence from Hong Kong
of the Honourable Michael Graham Ruddock SANDBERG,
Officer of the Most Excellent Order of the British Empire,
Justice of the Peace.
GIVEN under my hand and the Public Seal of the
Colony on 22nd September 1978.
