1. I really think it best if you leave out reference to abolition. It is extremely complex and I am not sure that a committed abolitionist would understand that the cessation of hanging can be prevented by the inability to obtain Parliamentary time. I would suggest the second 2 paragraphs should read:
"Take in your paragraph 5".
