It calls upon the Government to conduct a national campaign with the purpose of educating the general public in Great Britain to the true nature of the white regime, this campaign to be a preliminary to the severance of all diplomatic and economic relations with the present South African regine and the diplomatic and financial recognition of the Black African Liberation Movements associated with Nelson and Winnie Mandela and the late Steven Biko."
