I. Mr Le Breton wrote to WIAD on 13 January (Flag A) requesting guidance on policy on capital punishment in DTs.

2. Mr Bickford (Flag B) confirms that Anguilla is to be treated as a Dependentt Territory for capital punishment purposes.

3. Mr Stewart included Mr Le Breton, in the distribition of his letter of 27 January addressed to Mr Wallace, which would have brought Mr Le Breton up to date with capital punishment matters.

4. I attach a draft of a letter which Mr Stewart may wish to send to Mr Le Breton.
