1. In his minute of 23 January the PUS indicated that he had asked me to prepare a short annex to the draft memorandum for the Secretary of State to send to his colleagues in GEN 103, indicating the names of dependent overseas territories involved and where each stood in this matter. I have prepared an annex

which is attached to this minute.
