Could you please tell me whether or not the appeal of Sylvester Gaston in the Virgin Islands has yet been heard, and what the result was.

You will recall our recent discussion regarding Bermuda and the recent hangings there, and I would be grateful to know what changes are necessary in order to avoid such a thing happening again.
