-who decides which and how much stamps are issued ? who is responsible? -if there has been an alteration since real colonial days

2. Brit.Solomon-Islands; Cayman-Islands; Fiji; Gilbert+Ellice-Islands;

Turks + Caicos-Islands; British Virgin Islands : -which was the date (equal to Brit. Honduras/Belize 1964) that the

responsibility for issuing stamps was mainly transferred to the autochthon governement? (For Fiji f.e.it must be a date before independence!) for Gilbert/Ellice before their division

is such a date).

Perhaps you can work together with the Crown Agents (you as a govern ment office could use a little pressure" what I can not) my impression was that they didn't want to act on my ask.
