2 I have never heard of Mr Lohse, and can say that he does not appear as a member of the German Philatelic Trade Society, nor is he a member of the International Association of Philatelic Journalists.
3 It would appear therefore that he is most probably an ordinary collector, researching in British Commonwealth Material.
4 We do of course try to help the many collectors who write to us with their varied and usually obscure questions, but obviously this sort of request is so time consuming that we could not really spare the staff to deal with it.
5 If you wish me to reply to him, I would be prepared to do so, but would have to restrict my assistance to referring him to the 'Commonwealth Yearbook', or the CO I booklet 'Britain's Associated States and Dependencies'.
6 I hope that the above is of some assistance, and await your
