Following Mr Goodenough's (MAED) minute of 8 November 1977 addressed to me and Mr Quantrill's reply of 30 December (both copied to your Department) we are endeavouring to assemble copies of Standing Instructions or Contingency Plans on Hijacking for each DT as requested in paragraph 6 of Mr Champion's (GGD) circular letter HX 21/1 of 20 December 1973.

2. We have copies of the following Standing Instructions or Contingency Plans on our files of the following Territories which were provided following Mr Champion's request:-
