The net effect of my counter-proposals is that we would give up K.253 (which would be Mrs Gregory's room under ASD's proposals) in exchange for K.271 (a much larger room, which I understand that ASD ha in mind for FED, Mr Jasper tells me that ASD do not entirely rule out the possibility of HKGD

having K.271.

5. Mr Jasper sees no objection to my proposals and, if you agree, I will put

them to ASD.
