(B) Possession Of Dangerous Drugs For The Purpose of Unlawful Trafficking. (C) Possession Of Dangerous Drugs For The Purpose Of Unlawful Trafficking.

(D) Attempt To Escape From Lawful Custody.

120. On 19th January, 1977, Narcotics Bureau officers arrested Chinese male CHENG Ching-ki (6774/3237/1142) and his wife LEUNG Wai-fong (2733/1920/5364). CHENG, who had been in hiding since the arrest of CHAN Man-chiu, is believed to have been the major supplier of heroin to CHAN's syndicate and his wife is thought to have assisted him. Both have been charged with (A) and (B) charges and are awaiting committal.
