21. Three people were arrested in connection with the seizure. Chinese males MA Lau-chai (7456/3177/0098) and WONG Kwok-tung (7806/0948/4098), and Chinese female You Hon-yip (8003/3352/5509) have all been charged with Conspiracy To Manufacture A Dangerous Drug. WONG and YAU have also been charged with Manufacturing A Dangerous Drug and Possession Of Dangerous Drugs For The Purpose Of Unlawful Trafficking. All three have been committed to stand trial at the Supreme Court.
