This Ordinance adds a new section to the Police Force Ordinance which gives the Commissioner of Police the power of summary dismissal for disobedience of orders.

2. In any particular case the Governor is empowered to treat such a dismissal for pension purposes as if it were a compulsory retirement.

3.

Before the Governor assented to the Bill in the name and on behalf of Her Majesty, I advised that he could properly do so.
