Bank: and another form by Hong Kong Government. (Allotment form). As a result of my inquiries from Bankers, I have sought to locate persons whose names appear on each draft application form I have asked each and every one of the prosecution witnesses as to whether they know the names and the results were negative. I am not sure about exact date but it was about a couple of months a50. I tried to check the names of the persons with the negistration of. Persons Depart- ment but because of lack of sufficient information (Chinese characters) the result was negative. i have visited 2 premises, one is 12 merlin street, round floor, North Foint and the other is 14 Merlin street Ground floor, horth Point. 14 Merlin street is just right oppo.ite No. 12 Merlin street. No. 12 Merlin treet is a printing company. No.1A Herlin street is a store selling soft dranks, canned food and coffee as well.

Herlin street is situated in Worth Foint. I can't remember names of all the persons I made inquiries from. 1 can remember some of them Tang wah, Chan wau, Au Yeung Yee, Fred Cheung, Chan Yan Yin, Chan Chuen. These are all I can remember. These names appear on some of the bank drafts application forms issued by the wing Lung Bank, North Foint Branch.
