an an investigating officer in ICAC. I have held post since November 1974. I have been engaged in inquiries since around February this year
in relation to matters before Court. I have been working immediately under fr. Guy. In April this year I conducted search of Cheng heuk-fun's premises.On 22/4/75 I found certain pieces of paper with Chinese characters of names, and some figure.. (El. 170 and 71 show to witness). These are the 2 papers I seized from his home. Fir. Cheng Fun appeared on some of the bank drafts. 1 received information from the bank regarding his address in Tung Tin street in Lunglom and I went there with a lady inside told me he was working in Sun Restaurant in kowloon City at that time. I went to the sun estaurant with
Mr. Gu and mr. wattress who is also an 10AC Officer. I Was instructed by my senior officer to go and see other witnesses who have given evidence in this case. I was present on 16/0 with ar. Clarke when
he interviewed 24. Interview took place in ir. Thompson's legal adviser's office. 1 was present when lir. Clarke put a prepared question to mr. Thompson and he recorded his answer. I do also present with r. duy on 19/9 when r. Thompson's house was searched. we did not search his house. i was present when Mr. Guy put certain documents to 2A in offices of ICAO. Documents were draft application forms used by wing Lung Lank and 2 letters from ir. Thompson to Mongitong & Shanghai
