That was an original draft. I said to him "This is in the name of G.J.. Cunningham. Is that yours?" Mr. Cunningham did not reply. I then said: "Is that your name?" Again Mr. Cunningham did not reply. I said "Does that mean that
you are not even acknowledging that these exist? Hr. Cunningham
did not reply but nodded his head. I said "There seems little
point in contiming this conversation but I like you to wait until I have seen your senior officers. Mr. Cunninghan did not reply and I said "I take it you mean yes". ir. Cunningham did not reply but again nodded his head. I then left him and shortly afterwards Hr. Hampton arrived and both Mr. Cunningham and Hr. Hampton left
the ICAC offices.
