Yes.

When was that?

When I had to attend Court I went up there and they took me here.

Did you ask for your documents back?

There was no one there. I stayed there for a very short while

before I came to Court.

Surely there must be some officers of ICAC therc?

I was in a room. I did not see anyone and I did not ask.

But you did see ICAC officers on your visit to ICAC offices?

Yes.

Why did you not ask for your documents?

i..

I told officer he could take his time.

Q.

f.

Was it because you considered that this caso be completed before you could get your documents back?

No.

He told me I could got them back. I said I did not need

Mr. Sceats: No re-examination.

Witness released.

Mr. Hampton: Mr. Gunston has applied for adjournment and we will

ask for adjournment till 2.30 p.m. to interpose witness. My learned

friend wants to pre-empt that by calling him now. Mr. Blankt home

is not leaving till Saturday. If he arrives in 10 minutes that will

take us to 12.25. Cannot see the reason for this haste.

Court adjourned to 2.30 p.m.
