The End accused identified Exhibit A. 1(A) as a copy of the statuunt. recorded at the police station. After that statement had been taken. the 1st accused asked the 2nd accused to go along with VI Chi to Cheung Sal Strent to see if they could find VIII Chung.
Soon after the 2nd accused parked his car in Cheung Sah Stonet, he saw YIK Chang and stopped hin. The 2nd accused said he had no difficulty in-identifying YIK Chung. He identified hiseli and said he would like to ask his souething relating to a murder cast.
YIK Chung asked to go upstairs to get something and the 2d accused and WAN Chi followed him upstairs. YIK Chung pulled out a traver from a desk and took out a small wallot after which they all went down to the 2nd accused's car which was driven to the Hongkok Police Station. Both the 2nd accused and WAN Chi testified as to the time it took then to go to the wrious places. The 2nd accused said that he and D.C. 7027 CMMG Kal-ning took me to his home but when the car was in the tunnel LAUG said, "Let's try to go to Cheung Lok to see whether those two are Shure or not."
