SUMMARY OFFENCES (NIGHT WORK) (AMENDMENT) REGULATIONS 1977

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 37 of

the Summary Offences Ordinance, the Governor in Council

has made the following regulations

Citation and

commence- ment.

1. These regulations may be cited as the Summary

Offences (Night Work)(Amendment) Regulations 1977 and

shall come into operation on the 1st July 1979.

Regulation 1 of the principal regulations is

regulation amended by deleting "Summary Offences (Night Work)

"Director" means the Director of Public Works;

"pile" means any sheet, column, post, tube or

caisson not exceeding 3 m in diameter

means any pile known as a "jacked pile",

"screw pile", "cast-in-place pile",
