Ex-gratia disturbance allowance of $10 per sq.ft. of pigsty subject to a maximum of $40,000 per family irrespective of the number of pigsties operated. (no ceiling figure is imposed for pigsties operating on leased land in accordance with the lease condit- ions).

To bring up the rate to the level of current costing and prices.

Occupants of cleared domestic structures in the New Territories who are eligible for public housing but where neither public housing nor tempor- ary housing area space is available in the district; and genuine cultivators within/without approved layouts.

Ex-gratia rehabilit- ation cash allowance of $2,500 per family.

Ex-gratia rehabilit- ation allowance of $5,000 per family.

Rise in construction costs of temporary housing.
