I have been instructed to reply to your letter of 6 August to the Secretary of State for oreign and Commonwealth Affairs, about your wish to` visit Hong Kong.
I am to say with regret that there has been no alteration in the decision of the Director of Immigration of the Hong Kong Government not to approve the issue of a visa in your case.
