The swept-wing roof glides down to a height of about 80 feet
in th middle before rising in at the other ..d to 130 feet.
The building faces a plaza stretching to the ferry terminus,
with the clock tower in the middle.

Cher buildings in the Complex, as shown in the preliminary
design, include a Kuseum and Art Gallery, the Planetarium, a large
restaurant, and administrative offices.
At the northern end of the Complex will be a large area of
open space set off by a majestic fountain 75 feet in diameter and
playing amid shrubs, flowers and grass.
Also featured at the northern end of the Complex will be
an ampitheatre for about 500 people.
