Goods vehicles would be blocked from one side or the present Hill Road to enter into the said premises, Thus, it would cause a lot of difriculties in the loading and unloading or goods.

In the circumstances, the construction of an elovated road from Poliulam Road along Hill Road to Connaught Road best do cause the disturbance of individual proprietory interests and it would not be for the promotion of convenience or the community,
