We act for Messrs. Chan Tem Fat Limited, the registered owner of the above premises and a person affected by an Order as mentioned in a Notice appeared in the Government Gazette under G. N. 38 proposed to be made by the Governor under Section 6 of the Streets (Alteration) Ordinance Chapter 130.
We are instructed to, which we hereby do, send a written statement of our client's objections to the proposed Order to be made as aforesaid.
Nature of the Objection
Our client objects to an order proposed to be made under Section 6 of the Streets (Alteration) Ordinance, Chapter 130 for the construction of an elevated road from Pokfulam Road along Hill Road to Connaught Road West,
Reasons for the Objection

The construction of an elevated road from Pokfulam Road along Hill Road to Connaught Road west and in particular in front of the said premises would disturb the enjoyment of the owner and/or the occupiers of the said premises, The proposed elevated road would also obstruct the light and air going into the said premises.
