To provide a phased programme For major development projects in the Central District Outline! Zoning Plan area and monitor their implementation. ALL major projects to be completed by 1985.

been identified and tentative land use proposals for the Western Reclamations have been

agreed.

Central Reclamation Stage V have still to be agreed.
