Thank you for your letter of 30th June 1977 about the possibility of a second look being given at Mr Quinlan's study of unions and labour relations in the Hong Kong public service by another research worker in August. I think this would be very useful and we would certainly be prepared to contri- bute HK$5,000 towards the cost.
