1. I have agreed to pay £4,000 from the CS Fund Sub-head A4(1), to cover the cost of a study of labour relations in Hong Kong by Professor Turner, the Burton Professor of Industrial Relations at Cambridge University.

2. This agreement is conditional on thefunds being drawn during the current financial year, 1976777, and I anticipate that Hong Kong's March Account will show that it has been paid.
