I am directed by the Secretary of State for Foreign and Cormonwealth Affaire to request that a declaration in the following terms be communicated to the Director-Gonoral of the International Labour Organisation:

"în accordance with Article 35(2) of the Constitution of the International Labour Organisation the United Kingdom Government hereby declares that the Rural Workers' Organisations Convention, 1975 (lo. 141) will be applied to Hong Kong with the following modification: The Convention will be applied with the same modificationg as are attached to the declaration already registered in respect of the Freedom of Association and Protection of the Right to Organise Convention, 1948 (Ng. 07)."
