Article 9 requires leave pay to be guaranteed to a person whose employment is terminated, in terms of the Hong Kong Employment Ordinance, otherwise than under section 9 (ie. under sections 6 or 7) and after completing a 12-month period of employment but before he has taken the leave due to him in respect of that period. I should be grateful if you would let me know how this is provided for; is it, for example, under. sections 24 and 25 of the Ordinance ?
