1. I met the delegation from the Chinese Manufacturers' Association on 8 June during their stay in London. They presented mo with a plaque as well as a silver tray for The Queen and we had an hour-long discussion.
2. I attach a record of the main points. You might like to know that I agreed to meet the CMA again during my visit to Hong Konộ this autumn if they so desired. I suggestad that they might like to liaise with your department nearer the time to fix a convenient time and place. (I will be in touch with you later on about the timing of my next visit.)
