It is felt doubtful if the group can view the events mixed in the crowd on 06-07, and if realistic, it may rather visit some factories instead. If there are other official functions of the Jubilce, which London Office recommends, we shall be glad to participate.
As regards trading interests of members, we should be grateful if business appointments could be arranged either through TDC or chambers to be visited.
As the primary purpose of the mission is to promote understanding, I feel it might be desirable if mission members could have suitable briefing before departure, and I wonder whether the government is prepared to assist. We shall have to consider publicity arrangements, and need particularly your advice.
Since you are leaving shortly, would you please let me know whom we should contact or we should deal direct with London Office.
