Further to your telephone conversation with Mr. Kidd yesterday evening, I am enclosing notes on the Heung Yee Kuk and on Mrs. Elliott. Naturally, I have not had time to consult Hong Kong on these and they have been compiled on some haste but I hope that they meet your needs.
