STANDING COMMITTEE TO MONITOR THE PLANNING PAPER
In my minute of 27 January I wrote that I had added one item, "The Relationship between the Hong Kong Government and the Banks" to the provisional agenda set out in my minute of 24 January. The final version of the provisional agenda therefore now reads:
(a) Matters arising from the first meeting of the Standing Committee on 21 October and from
Lord Goronwy-Roberts' meeting with the Governor
of Hong Kong on 9 December (except for those which are the subject of separate items below).
