My understanding is that we should prepare a draft on the basis of a minute which Mr Smith wrote on

3 February suggesting that we should ask for information about (?) balance of payments, unemployment and, I have suggested, wage rates. Í should be grateful if you or fir Duffy could prepare a draft for Mr Stewart to send to (?) the Director of Consensus and Statistics.
