On 19/1/77 I saw the body of Evelyn Rabaatt, at 9.30 a.m. She was dead.
She was covered in blood staked clothing. There were several cuts over her
body. The body was removed to the morgue,
I went to the morgue about 1.00 p.m. accompanied by two police
officers, Cpl. McIntoch was one of the police officers. The opl. removed
a piece of string from around the deceased neck. The string was blood
soaked and was wrapped around her neck twice.. I had seen that string in the
same place at 9.30 a.mo
(Witness is shown a piece of string)
This looks like the piece of string I saw around the deceased's neck
(Marked A for identification)
On 20/1/77 I performed a postmorten examination on the body of Evelyn
Rabsatt, Police were present and a nurse and other people.
