Fully appreciating the fact that no apportionment of this nature can be truly accurate or totally fair, I do believe that the totals are equitable and represent a reasonable recompense. Therefore, I accordingly recommend that Cabinet

agree to the payment of rewards to the above six persons in the amounts stated;

(2)

instruct me to pay these monies out of the Contingency Fund;

and

recommend that the necessary supplementary request be brought to the Legislature as soon as possible.
